Is everything really in stock?

Yes - if a part is listed as “in stock,” it's on our shelves and ready to dispatch. Our stock levels are live and accurate, so there’s no waiting around for supplier restocks or false promises.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Mastercard, Visa, American Express, Paypal, Apple Pay, Google Pay and many more. A full list of payment methods is displayed at checkout.

What is your return policy?

We offer a 30 day, no questions asked, return policy for unused products. Please check out our returns page.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Yes! Please contact us with your order number. If the order is yet to ship it can be changed or cancelled.

Shipping

How much is shipping?

We offer a competitive shipping rate to UK and Ireland. Shipping is calculated based on your address at checkout. Free shipping is available on all orders over £100 / €120.

Which couriers do you use?

We use Royal Mail, Fedex, DPD and Fastways. Courier choices change depending on location, package weight and package size.

How quickly will my order ship?

Orders are packed fast and sent from our UK warehouse. Once sent, most UK & Ireland deliveries arrive within 2 working days.

How can I track my order?

Once your order has been picked for dispatch, you will be emailed with full tracking information.

Products

Are the parts genuine?

Many of our parts are supplied directly by the stove manufacturers. Others are high-quality aftermarket replacements, carefully selected to be fully compatible. If it fits your stove, we’ll make that clear.

What if I don’t know my stove model?

No problem — just contact us with a picture of your stove and we should be able to identify the make and model.

Are stove parts meant to be replaced?

Yes - parts like fire bricks and grates are designed to wear over time. Regular replacement keeps your stove running safely and efficiently.

Do you offer warranties on your products?

By their nature, stove parts and fire bricks are considered consumables and do not come with warranties—they're designed to be replaceable components subject to wear over time. However, if your item arrives damaged, please get in touch with us and we’ll arrange a prompt replacement. We also offer a 30 day return policy for all unused items, no questions asked.

What happens if the product I ordered doesnt fit?

First, double-check that the part number and description match your specific stove model. If you’ve accidentally ordered the wrong item, simply return it to us—we’ll issue a full refund, and you can place a new order for the correct part. If the item does appear to be the right one but still doesn’t fit, please contact us and we’ll help resolve the issue.
