The plastic outer door handle on the Hi-Flame Alpha 2 fits over the chrome knuckle on the stove door, providing a safe grip for opening during operation. Plastic handles can crack or become brittle after prolonged heat exposure, making the door harder to operate safely. This replacement comes with the fixing screw and mounts directly to the existing knuckle.
