The glass rope seal sits in the channel between the stove glass and the door frame on the Olymberyl Gabriel, forming an airtight barrier that keeps combustion air directed through the airwash system. A degraded seal allows excess air to enter around the glass, which can cause overfiring and accelerated glass blackening. This kit contains flat fibreglass rope, thermic adhesive, and sealing tape for a complete re-seal.
