The top lid of the Olymberyl Gabriel is a substantial cast component that sits over the firebox and forms part of the stove's structure. Lids can crack from thermal shock or physical impact, and the original colour can deteriorate over years of high-temperature use. This is a replacement top lid in matt black for the standard Gabriel stove.
