The boiler baffle plate for the Hi-Flame Graphite Inset is a heavier cast iron component fitted to the boiler variant of this inset stove. It performs the same function as a standard baffle, deflecting combustion gases to maximise heat extraction, but is sized to accommodate the boiler configuration. Replace when cracked, badly warped, or when the stove's output has dropped noticeably.
