The spin wheel is the primary air control valve on the Hamco Glenregan stove door. Rotating it opens or closes the air inlet, which directly controls the combustion rate and burn temperature. Replace it when the wheel becomes stiff to turn, the pivot wears loose, or the casting cracks.
