The Henley Aran door handle set includes the chrome knuckle lever and the heat-resistant plastic grip that together allow you to open and close the fire door safely. The plastic handle is the most common failure point, cracking or discolouring after prolonged exposure to heat. A loose or broken handle prevents the door from sealing properly, which makes it impossible to control the air supply to the fire.
