The spin valve on the Henley Aran stove is a circular rotating disc mounted on the front door that controls the primary air supply entering the firebox. Turning the valve adjusts combustion rate and burn temperature. It is one of the most regularly used controls on the stove and can wear at the pivot point or become stiff to turn over time.
