The Hi-Flame Alpha 1 is a cast iron multi-fuel stove with a rectangular door glass. The glass can crack from thermal shock, impact, or age and should be replaced when damaged to maintain safe operation. This replacement panel is cut from Schott ROBAX ceramic glass to fit the Alpha 1 (Alpha I) door aperture.

The Alpha 1 uses a pre-heated airwash system to keep the glass clear during burning — a damaged or poorly seated glass panel will compromise this system. Schott ROBAX ceramic glass is specified by Hi-Flame for the Alpha range. Replace the glass rope seal at the same time to ensure an airtight fit.
