The rear fire brick set for the Lilyking 629 covers the back wall of the combustion chamber with two vermiculite bricks, left-hand and right-hand. The rear bricks are often the first to crack as they face the hottest part of the fire. Replacing them when damaged prevents heat stress on the stove's back panel.

To fit, remove the fire fence and top baffle to access the rear of the firebox. The bricks drop into position without fixings. Keeping the rear bricks intact maintains the thermal barrier between the fire and the stove shell.
