The Mendip Churchill 5 MK3.1 takes a curved (concave) door glass with a black-painted lower edge to match the original door styling. This Schott ROBAX replacement is manufactured in Germany and formed to the Churchill MK3.1 door profile -- 335mm high by 320mm wide, concave curve. The black lower band is included as standard so the stove looks factory-correct after fitting.

The Churchill door curve is specific to the MK3.1 -- it is not interchangeable with MK4 or MK5 glass, which have different profiles. Check your stove's model mark (found on the data plate inside the firebox) before ordering. Once fitted, the Schott ROBAX panel seals correctly against the door rope gasket and restores a crisp, clear view of the flames.
