The Mendip Churchill 5 MK4 uses a curved (concave) door glass that is a different size and profile from the MK3.1 before it. This Schott ROBAX replacement is manufactured in Germany and cut to the MK4 specification: 345mm high by 357mm wide, concave profile. It is also compatible with the Churchill 5 MK5 DC and Churchill 8 MK5 DC, which share the same door glass.

The MK4 Churchill has a hammerhead air lever below the door -- if yours does, this is the correct glass. Check the data plate inside the firebox if you are unsure of the mark. The concave profile is formed to match the Churchill door curve so the glass seats flush and seals correctly against the rope gasket, giving you consistent burn control and a clear flame picture.
