The grate frame for the Mulberry Joyce, also called the outer carrier frame, is the main cast iron base structure that holds the riddling grate and fire. When the grate frame cracks or warps, it can prevent the riddling grate from seating correctly and disrupt airflow through the bottom of the stove. This part fits the Joyce 5kW non-boiler model.

To replace the grate frame, the stove must be fully cooled and emptied of ash. Remove the fire fence and inner components before lifting out the old frame. This is a more involved repair than replacing the inner riddling grate alone.
