The boiler baffle plate for the Mulberry Yeats is a cast iron throat plate designed for the boiler variant of this stove. It sits above the firebox to redirect heat and slow flue gas escape, which improves combustion efficiency and heat transfer to the water jacket. Replace it if cracked, warped, or broken.
