The log retainer bars on the Olymberyl Olive sit across the front of the firebox and prevent burning fuel from rolling forward against the stove door or glass. They are a safety and protective component, reducing the risk of fuel contact with the glass and the thermal shock that can cause cracking.

Cast iron construction gives these bars the strength to contain heavy solid fuel and resist distortion under sustained high heat. They are a direct-fit replacement for the original fire fence bars on the Olive and require no modification to fit.
