The inner grate for the Hi-Flame Precision I is a cast iron component that sits inside the grate frame and holds the fuel load during burning. It is directly exposed to the fire and to mechanical disturbance each time the stove is riddled, making it one of the most frequently replaced parts on this model. Replacing a worn inner grate restores clean air distribution beneath the fire.
