The ash pan handle tool is used to slide the ash pan out from beneath the grate without direct contact with the hot pan or ash. It clips onto the pan so you can remove and carry it for emptying without burning your hands. The tool is an important safety accessory for routine stove maintenance on the Hi-Flame Precision II.
