The grate frame is the outer structural carrier that holds the entire grate assembly in place inside the firebox of your Hi-Flame Precision II stove. Over time, sustained heat causes cast iron components to warp or crack, reducing combustion efficiency. Replacing a worn grate frame restores the correct positioning of the grate and improves airflow through the firebox.
