The glass seal on the Hi-Flame Precision III (HF910) sits between the stove glass and the door frame, preventing hot gases from bypassing the glass and causing discolouration or cracking. When the seal flattens or deteriorates, the glass becomes vulnerable to thermal stress and the door may no longer close flush. This kit includes flat fibreglass rope, thermic adhesive, and end sealing tape.
