The baffle plate for the Warrior Aiden is a cast iron throat plate that sits above the firebox and directs heat back into the combustion zone, reducing flue losses and improving burn quality. If your existing baffle is cracked, warped, or flaking, replace it promptly to prevent overfiring and to restore the stove's heat output.
