The L bracket and screw on the Warrior Aiden holds the side or rear fire bricks in position inside the firebox. Without this bracket the bricks can shift during use, exposing the steel body to direct radiant heat and reducing the efficiency of the stove. This is the original fitment bracket and fixing screw.

A missing or bent bracket is worth fixing before it becomes a bigger problem. Once the fire bricks are no longer held in place they tend to crack or fall, and a stove running without its lining is burning through the steel body instead of the replaceable bricks.
